Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
By accessing or using Hyperdict (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Hyperdict is a non-custodial interface to prediction markets on Hyperliquid. We do not take custody of your funds, operate the underlying markets, or guarantee their availability, accuracy, or resolution. Orders are executed on Hyperliquid; the protocol's own terms and risks apply.
2. Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Service is not offered where prediction-market trading is restricted or prohibited, and you may not use it if you are a resident of, or located in, such a jurisdiction.
Because orders execute on Hyperliquid, Hyperliquid's own jurisdiction restrictions also apply. Under Hyperliquid's Terms of Use, the interface is not available to “Restricted Persons” — which include residents or entities of the United States or Ontario, Canada, anyone in a jurisdiction subject to applicable sanctions or export-control laws, and citizens of restricted territories. In practice the sanctioned set covers places such as North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, Russia, and the Russian-occupied regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk). You represent that you are not a Restricted Person under those terms.
3. No financial advice
Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, or tax advice. Market prices, probabilities, and any data shown are for informational purposes only and may be delayed or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
4. Assumption of risk
Trading prediction markets is risky and you may lose your entire stake. Smart-contract, wallet, network, and market-resolution risks are inherent and outside our control. You use the Service at your own risk.
5. No warranties; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperdict and its contributors are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
